There are 3 primary phases of the Black Boys Rock concept:
PHASE I: INITIAL AWARENESS
Our idea was first introduced to the world via a simple web page. We used social media platforms to spread initial awareness and share stories to people, in order to begin introducing what the movement stands for. If you have been a follower on either our Facebook or Twitter pages, you have experienced Phase I.
If you have a “Black Boys Rock” news-worthy story that you would like to share, please submit it on our Contact page.
PHASE II: THE STATE OF MIND
First begins setting the state of mind, then begins participation in community events. To be part of the black boys rock movement, you must BELIEVE it and ROCK with it.
We have shared many stories and news events with you over the years to help you understand that: You are SUPER. You are SUPER intelligent, you are SUPER brave, with SUPER talents and abilities, that have a SUPER impact on the communities around you. You can achieve anything you wish to achieve, because you ROCK!.
Our “SUPER” Black Boys Rock logo t-shirt collection epitomizes that mentality, and helps you to show it to the world without having to say ONE WORD.
Black Boys Rock is NOT a trend; our items are NOT just products, but essentials that represent NOT just a brand, but a concept to reconstruct the perception of Black males throughout the world. Make them a habit and they’ll become a lifestyle.
PHASE III: THE STATE OF ROCKING
In order for Black Boys Rock to be a true movement and reconstruct misconceived perceptions; we MUST ROCK – we MuST be actively involved in the community. Sharing stories is not enough. One of our goals is to become dynamic and positive contributors to society by participating in community volunteering and networking activities. Our children are our future; it is our responsibility to mold them. The ‘models’ that they follow become the future that we create. Education is definitely important, but we should also teach them to compete for power and wealth..by any means morally and legally necessary. We represent a conception with intentions to reconstruct false perceptions.
